  • Use blow dryers with the nozzle for an even distribution of heat of heat. Also, look for a blow dryer with options of controlling the temperature as well as the speed of air. It will be expensive than a normal hair dryer but this smart investment can save you multiple salon visits.

  • Divide the hair into several sections and securing the strands with large hair clips or grips.

  • Keep the blow-dryer moving constantly to avoid applying too much heat on a single spot. Work your way up blow-drying your hair from the neckline to the crown of your head so that you don’t hit the same strand of hair multiple times.

  • Before moving on to the next section set the previous one using the cold air setting. This will help you to lock the style in place.
